Method of Manufacture
Into the main vessel add:
Purified Water (1): Start the mixer on a fast speed
Cosphaderm® Propanediol natural: Mix until dissolved
Phytic Acid: Mix until dispersed
Cosphaderm® Sodium pAS natural: Mix until dispersed
Sodium Hydroxide: Mix until dispersed
Dermiveil: Mix until dissolved
Commence heating the main vessel to 75-80C
Into premix vessel(1)add:
Floviva Sweet Almond Oil
Cetiol® MM
Floviva Shea Butter
PolyAquol™-2W
Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride
innollient™ LO
Commence heating the premix vessel to 75-80C
When both vessels are at 75-80C add the premix vessel into the main vessel & homogenize for 5 mins.
After 5 minutes stop homogenising.
Start the mixer on a moderate\slow speed.
Commence cooling the main vessel to 50C.
When at 50C into the main vessel add:
Cosphaderm® LA-T
B-SHAPE G: Mix until homogenous
Cool at small sample to 23C and check the product specifications
When the product matches the product specifications pack the product into suitable packaging.
