Method of Manufacture

Into the main vessel add:
Aqua: Start the mixer on a fast speed
Disodium EDTA: Mix until dissolved
Glycerin: Mix until dispersed
Propylene Glycol: Mix until dispersed
Xanthan Gum: Mix until dispersed
Dermiveil: Slowly sprinkle into the vortex of the mixer, stir until homogenous

Reduce the mixer speed to slow\moderate and add the following into the main vessel:
Worlee Base AQ77492/1: Mix until dispersed
WorleeBase AQ 77491/1: Mix until dispersed
WorleeBase AQ 77499/1: Mix until dispersed
WorleeBase AQ 77891/1: Mix until dispersed
Euxyl® PE 9010: Mix until dispersed
Lipoid P75-3: Mix until dispersed
Lipoid P100-3: Mix until dispersed
Naturesoft 800: Commence heating the main vessel to 75C

Into a suitable premix vessel add:
Floraesters® 60
Eutanol® G
Lanette® D
Crodamol™
GTCC Cetiol® CC
Florasun® 90
Vegetable Alternative to Silicone: Commence heating the main vessel to 75C

When both vessels are at 75C add the premix vessel into the main vessel :
Homogenise for 5 minutes
Commence Cooling to 23C
When the bulk is 40C or below add the following into the main vessel Silenage GP: Mix until fully homogenous.
Cool to 23C and check the product specifications.
