Method of Manufacture
Into the main vessel add:
Floralipids® Moringa Oil Refined: Commence heating the main vessel to 80-85C
Crodamol ISIS
Blanova Vitamin E Acetate
Vegetable Petrolatum 67
Vegetable Petrolatum 185
Once the semi-solids have melted, start the mixer on a slow speed and into the main vessel add:
Olive Wax: Mix until melted. Start the mixer on a slow speed
Once all the waxes have melted and the product is at 80-85C, into the main vessel add:
INTENZATM NITRO PINK: Increase the mixer to fast. Mix until fully dispersed
COD-8001 D&C Red 7 Ca Lake Castor Oil Dispersion Mix: until fully dispersed
Maintain the temperature at 80-85C
Ensure the product is lump free and homogenous.
When the product is lump free and homogenous commence cooling to 50C When the product is at 80C, into the main vessel add:
Euxyl® PE 9010: Mix until homogenous
Reduce the mixer speed to medium\slow
Continue to cool to 50C
When at 50C pack into appropriate packaging
