Method of Manufacture

Into the main vessel add:
Floviva Castor Seed Oil: Start the mixer on a slow speed
Floraesters® 15: Mix until dispersed
Commence heating the main vessel to 80-85C

Ensuring each material has melted before adding the next, into the main vessel add:
Seatons Carnauba wax: Mix until melted
Seatons Candelilla wax: Mix until melted
Beeswax: Mix until melted
Olive Squalane Wax: Mix until melted
Floraesters® 70: Mix until melted

Once all the waxes have melted and the product is at 80-85C, into the main vessel add:
COD-8004 Black Iron Oxide Castor Oil Dispersion: Increase the mixer speed to fast
COD-8008 White Titanium Dioxide Castor Oil Dispersion: Mix until fully dispersed
C91-1236 INTENZA® Think Pink: Mix until fully dispersed
C86-3222 SynMICA Super: Mix until fully dispersed
AEROSIL® 200: Mix until fully dispersed

Maintain the temperature at 80-85C
Ensure the product is lump free and homogenous.
When the product is lump free and homogenous commence cooling to 76C When the product is at 80C, into the main vessel add:
Euxyl® PE 9010: Mix until homogenous

Reduce the mixer speed to medium\slow
Continue to cool to 76C
When at 76C pack into appropriate lipstick molds
